2. No Refund Policy (Software & Codes)

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

Activation codes are non-refundable, regardless of whether:

• The user activated or did not activate a code
• The customer changed their mind
• The retailer or distributor made an incorrect purchase
• The device user refused to continue the EMI

Once codes are generated or delivered, refunds will not be issued.

3. SaaS Subscriptions (Non-Refundable)

Payments for the following SaaS platforms are non-refundable:

• InstenTech Business Automation Platform
• CRM, automation, landing-page builders, LMS
• Any add-ons or premium features

Subscription charges cannot be refunded once the billing cycle begins.

4. Service Payments (Non-Refundable)

Payments related to the following services are not eligible for refunds:

• App Development
• Web Development
• Digital Marketing
• Social Media Marketing
• UI/UX Design
• IT Consulting

Once work has started or deliverables are shared, no refund will be provided.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting InstenTech first will be considered a violation of our terms.

Once delivered or activated, these items cannot be exchanged.

• Wrong purchase by user

• Device/user refusing to continue EMI
• Downloaded digital files

• User changing their decision
• Incorrect use of software

4. Rare Exceptions

In rare situations, exchange may be considered ONLY if:

• A duplicate digital item/code was sent
• The delivered file was corrupted
• Technical issue resulted in delivery of the wrong file (verified by our team)

This must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing the correct email, phone number, and WhatsApp number
• Ensuring device compatibility for software installation
• Using activation codes responsibly

InstenTech is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
